          DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?

          Yes, as specified in our Terms and Conditions you will need to pay your return shipping costs.

          For EU, UK and Switzerland customers, this cost will be deducted from your refund. If returning from Norway you can choose your preferred carrier and shipping rate.

          For US customers, shipping is paid for during the returns portal process.

          Premium Cotton has an exceptionally long fibre-length. This makes it stronger and higher quality than regular cotton.

          We choose it for a handful of classic TWOTHIRDS styles that require extra strength or are intended for serious use, to make sure they endure while still feeling wonderfully soft.Ā 

          The magic - from yarn-spinning to tailoring - takes place in small family-owned factories in Northern Portugal, many of whom weā€™ve worked with for years.Ā 

          Environmentally speaking, styles that last reduce the need to buy more. We want to do better than this, and are working to replace all premium cotton with equally strong, sustainable fabrics.Ā
