Are you passionate about sustainability and fashion? TWOTHIRDS is looking for a proofreader / customer service agent.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include:

- Proofread translated documents for grammar, punctuation and spelling errors website content and copies for Social Media (75%)

- Management of customers in native language (25%)

Required education, experience and skills:

- German native speaker

- Advance English

- Linguistic background

- An ability to manage several projects at the same time, work methodically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

- Interact with customers via email or chat

- Resolutive when solving cases related to the delivery of parcels, return instructions, garment quality checks and other customer service-related tasks

- Versatile and adaptable

We offer:

- 40h a week

- Schedule from 9:00-17:30ish From Monday to Friday

- Initially, the position is presencial, depending on the pandemic situation we might ask for home office

- A friendly team ready to help and support
