You might have already realized that we have a special way of producing and offering our clothes. Maybe you also have only realized that you are still waiting for your delivery and are wondering why you have not received your ordered and already paid items?

The reason why you haven't received your order yet is because at least one of your ordered products is a Pre-order item. We have realized that one of the big sustainability problems in fashion is related to the throwing away of products that are not sold. Hence we have created the pre-order system, which allows us to produce exactly the quantities that have been ordered.

Your advantage is that we can offer you a Pre-order discount and with this a great quality for a better price. In some cases you have to wait up to 12 weeks for your product, but the wait is definitely worth it.

  • CAN I ORDER TWO DIFFERENT SIZES

As part of our ecological and sustainable mission and following the Pre-Order system (which means that we produce an item JUST for you), we wish to avoid returns as much as we possibly can. For this reason, we’ll always encourage you to find out what would be the right size for you first, better than ordering the same product in two different sizes just to return one afterwords. If you have trouble deciding which would be the right size for you do not hesitate to contact us for help through our web form under the issue “sizing” or contact us directly through the Chat on the website (right bottom corner during working hours in weekdays). By doing this, we want to raise awareness for responsible shopping. This system is also good for you as you might be able to avoid the return shipping costs unless necessary.

  • HOW CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT TO MY ORDER?

After adding all the desired items to your shopping cart, you shall go to “checkout” and complete your personal information and shipping details. On this same page, on the right side, you’ll find a blank bar where you can add your gift card or discount/Voucher code. The amount of the discount will be deducted from the sum of the items, and then you can proceed normally to the payment information.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND WHAT IS THE POLICY?

You may cancel your order only in these situations:
- If it hasn’t been processed yet (very new orders)
- Pre-Ordered items can be cancelled until 14 days after you have placed your order. In case the order has been cancelled in time, the amount paid will be refunded or reimbursed as a voucher.
