- HOW DO I RETURN ONE OR MORE ITEMS?
In the case of Amazon Fulfillment Service (Europe wide) please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and specify your order number and the items you want to return so we can send you the corresponding return label for those items. It is very important that you do not send MORE items back than the labels was issued for, as Amazon does not recognise returned items without label and we will not be able reimburse you the value. If you decide to return more items, please contact us again so we can adapt the return label for all items. Please be aware that it’s not a pre-paid label, we just provide the label for the box in order for Amazon to receive the package correctly. Please also always keep your shipping receipt until we have confirmed the return of the correct items, as we might need the receipt in case we have to open an investigation with Amazon.
In the case your parcel was send from Spain, you are returning from Switzerland or reclaim a defected item, please return to the following address and specify your name and order number in the parcel so we know it’s yours when it arrives:

- DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY RETURN?
Yes, as specified in our Terms and Conditions you will have to pay your own return shipping costs. The exact amount of these costs will depend on the company you choose to do the shipping with, and the fare chosen.
- HOW AND WHERE DO I RETURN BROKEN/DAMAGED ITEMS?
In case any of your items unfortunately arrived damaged, please contact us directly through our web form under the issue “delivery issues” and let us know the order number and a description of the issue. We’ll get back to you to request a picture, to get a better understanding of the situation and see what could’ve possibly happened, and then explain how to proceed depending on each case.
Please, never just return a damaged item to Amazon, even if you have receive if from there. We will have to evaluate the situation and will find a solution as soon as you contact us!
- HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you have received a defective item, please inform us directly after receiving it, not
later than 14 days after the delivery. If you just want to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with us within a maximum of 30 days and be aware that an item needs to be as new and with labels and packaging, to be able to be returned.
- HOW WILL I BE INFORMED THAT MY RETURN HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
Once we received your items back, we will get in touch with you directly to the email address that you used for placing the order. We will then confirm you the return and either provide the corresponding voucher or confirm the processing of the refund, depending on each case.
- I HAVE LOST MY RETURN LABEL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In case you have lost your return shipping label, please contact under email@example.com and let us know your order number and which items you would like to return. We will make sure to send you the corresponding information again to your email address.
