TWOTHIRDS SLU is fully committed to complying with all current legislation and regulations, as well as the ethical principles of integrity and transparency in all its business activities, both domestically and internationally.

To this end, a Code of Conduct and Human Rights Commitments have been established to define the values, principles, and regulations governing the behaviour and performance of our stakeholders, employees, companies, and ownership. The Code and Commitments also apply to customers and suppliers, where relevant.

 

Code of Conduct:

Reflecting its commitment to legal compliance and ethical principles of integrity and transparency, TWOTHIRDS SLU’s ownership approved this Code of Conduct on October 17, 2022.

Every employee, manager, and owner of TWOTHIRDS SLU is familiar with this Code of Conduct and is committed to adhering to its principles and rules.

 

Human Rights Commitments:

TWOTHIRDS acknowledges that respect for Human Rights is a key element for doing business sustainably and equitably.

The company commits publicly to respect human rights and to each of the following:

a) UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights

b) The International Bill of Rights or the rights under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

c) The International Labour Organisation’s (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

The employees, managers, investors, and owners of TWOTHIRDS SLU are familiar with these commitments and agree to adhere to their principles and rules.

 

Ethical Channel:

This Ethical Channel has been created to facilitate inquiries regarding the content, interpretation, or application of the TWOTHIRDS SLU Code of Conduct and TWOTHIRDS SLU Human Rights Commitments, and to report any behaviour that may constitute a breach. All communications are processed to ensure strict confidentiality and can be submitted anonymously.

Responsible Lobbying & Political Engagement Policy:

TWOTHIRDS recognises that our mission to protect the ocean cannot be achieved through sustainable production alone. Systemic legislative change will also be required. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all of our advocacy, lobbying, and public-policy engagements are transparent, evidence-based, and strictly aligned with our commitment to a regenerative, circular, and inclusive economy.
