For PRE-ORDER items, add the above delivery time for your region to the dispatch date.
For orders over 100CHF, we offer free standard delivery to Switzerland.
For orders under 100CHF, delivery will cost 9.90CHF.
Switzerland and the UK (including Northern Ireland) are now exempt from custom import fees.

EXCHANGES
Make an exchange and you will receive FREE shipping on us. Customers from Europe (EU including Ireland) can exchange.
RETURNS
You can return order items within 30 days of the courier’s confirmed delivery date.
Shipping costs vary by country:
EU: 4.90 €
CH: 6.90 CHF
UK: 6.90 GBP
If making a return, the FULL COST of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For both a return or an exchange, a postage label will be provided which is valid for 14 days. You will receive one pre-paid return/exchange label per original order. Each order must be processed individually and will receive its own return label. It is therefore not possible for multiple orders them to be sent in the same parcel.
We won’t be able to accept items that have been worn, or no longer have their tags or labels.
It can take up to 10-15 business days for a parcel to arrive and be fully processed in our system. Do not be alarmed if it takes longer than this, as processing times can vary during busy periods.
We will give you a full refund using your original payment currency and payment method. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to be visible in your own account.
NO REFUNDS are possible after an exchange.
Store credit is valid for 12 months. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for a refund; however, the store credit balance may be restored in applicable cases.

This product is the result of an innovative eco design process that realises the potential of textile-to-textile recycled materials.
Just 1% of EU textile waste is recycled into new clothing. Where does the other 99% go? The majority ends up in poor countries in the global south, where waste processing systems creak under the weight of all that excess. That’s why textile-to-textile recycled materials are so important.
Textile-to-textile recycling involves taking used clothing, or other textile products such as furnishings, and turning them back into brand-new clothing products. This is known as a closed-loop recycling process rather than an open-loop one that turns plastic bottles into recycled polyester thread.
