Job Title: Video Content Creator

Position Type: Full-time – In-House (Hybrid)

Location: Barcelona, Spain

We are an ocean-inspired slow fashion brand. We love creating impactful visual content that resonates with our audience, reflects our brand values and helps our Blue Community reconnect with nature. 

We're looking for a talented Video Content Creator to join our audiovisual team and play a pivotal role in invigorating our brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualise and develop compelling video ideas that align with our brand's products, campaigns, and values.
• Utilise professional editing software to edit and post-produce video material, incorporating cuts, visual effects, colour correction, and audio mixing.
• Optimise video content for distribution across various platforms and channels including TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms, ensuring adherence to specific quality and format standards.
• Stay abreast of trends and best practices in digital and social video, proposing innovative ideas to enhance the brand's content strategy and engagement with our audience.
• Maintain and organise the media library, ensuring proper labelling, storage, and archiving of all video files for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:

• Proven proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Da Vinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of video production processes and techniques.
• Previous experience of optimising video content for brands so that it has viral potential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and personalities.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve, adapt to changes, be open to constructive critical feedback, and learn new skills as needed.
• Working level of Spanish or English, preferably both!
