We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can serve as the vital link between our Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams. Someone who not only thrives in structured environments and is passionate about streamlining workflows — but also understands the rhythm of the creative process and brings empathy, leadership, and clarity to fast-moving cross-functional projects.

Your Mission:

To ensure our brand moves forward with cohesion, efficiency, and inspiration — aligning timelines, people, and priorities to keep creative energy high and deliverables on point.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage cross-departmental project timelines from concept to completion.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between creative, marketing, and operations teams.
• Establish and continuously optimize workflows, communication structures, and tools to increase clarity and efficiency.
• Lead weekly syncs, sprint planning, and progress updates, removing blockers and ensuring everyone is aligned.
• Maintain an overview of all ongoing campaigns, product drops, and brand moments — ensuring deadlines are met without compromising creativity or quality.
• Translate high-level business objectives into actionable project plans.
• Bring a proactive, calm, and solution-oriented mindset to shifting priorities and evolving needs.
  

Who You Are:

• You have 3–5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a creative, e-commerce, or fashion environment.
• You balance strong organisational skills with a deep understanding of creative workflows.
• You’re a natural communicator and leader, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and personalities.
• You have experience with modern project management tools (e.g. Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar).
• You’re fluent in English (Spanish or German a plus).
• You’re aligned with our values of sustainability, craftsmanship, and collaboration.

• Have experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sustainability-focused brands.
• Understand e-commerce operations and seasonal campaign structures.
• Are comfortable balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution.
