Nos bureaux barcelonais sont nichés au pied de la célèbre montagne Tibidabo. Ainsi, nous avons une vue superbe sur toute la ville et la côte Méditerranéenne, tout en étant entourés de verdure. C'est plutôt pas mal pour organiser une réunion ou papoter avec les collègues!
Quand nous ne travaillons pas, nous sommes une bande. Nous faisons régulièrement des activités en équipe comme du paddle ou profiter de déjeuners relaxants entre collègues sur notre terrasse dans le jardin ou sur le rooftop. Nous traitons les gens de la même manière que l’environnement : avec soin et respect.

Our hybrid business model, incorporating online and wholesale, is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Senior Commercial Planner to lead the strategic planning of our collections and optimise our supply chain.
Role description:
This role combines an analytical approach with commercial skills to ensure that our collections reflect the brand's creative vision and meet our sustainability and profitability objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and supervise collection plans for each season, defining quantities, categories and prices in collaboration with design and production.
- Manage procurement budgets, balancing creativity, profitability and sustainability.
- Implement advanced forecasting tools to anticipate demand and minimise risks of shortages or overproduction.
- Analyse and optimise inventory turnover in real time, adjusting replenishment and liquidation strategies.
- Identify and approve new national and international suppliers, ensuring that they meet the brand's quality and sustainability standards.
- Negotiating prices, conditions and delivery times with suppliers, managing contracts to ensure cost and time efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of collections in e-commerce and wholesale channels, generating key reports with metrics such as sell-through, turnover and stock coverage.
- Collaborate with design, production, logistics and marketing teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and strategies.
- Implement technological solutions such as artificial intelligence and machine learning to strengthen planning and decision-making.
- Propose and implement improvements in planning and purchasing processes to maximise profitability and optimise resources.
What we are looking for:
- Education and experience - Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar, with at least 5 years of experience in business planning, purchasing or supply chain, ideally in fashion or retail.
- Technical skills - Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools such as Power BI, experience with ERP systems (Shopify or Netsuite desirable), and knowledge of forecasting and inventory management.
- Personal skills - Proactive, analytical, results-oriented and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone passionate about design, fashion trends and sustainability.
