We’re looking for a digitally-minded Marketing Manager with experience in the fashion industry to shape and drive our global marketing strategy – with a strong focus on storytelling, brand resonance, and seamless cross-team coordination.

Your Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of campaigns, coordinating across departments to ensure that our storytelling, timing, and messaging are aligned. You’ll collaborate closely with our E-commerce Manager, who leads paid media, CRM, and performance marketing – ensuring that all efforts reflect our brand values and deliver results.

You’ll also work directly with the CEO and Creative Director to translate high-level brand and campaign visions into emotionally compelling, brand-aligned, and commercially successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Own and evolve the global marketing calendar in alignment with product launches, key brand moments (e.g. Blue Week, Ocean Week), and environmental awareness days
• Channel the creative vision and strategic input from the CEO and Creative Director into clear, actionable marketing concepts and successful campaigns
• Lead cross-functional campaign planning with product, design, content, and e-commerce
• Brand Messaging & Content Direction
• Ensure all campaigns reflect our brand voice, tone, and sustainability claims
• Guide content production and copywriting to support launch themes, reactivation flows, and identity-driven storytelling
• Collaborate with the community and creative teams to deliver cohesive narratives across all touchpoints
• Performance Marketing Supervision
• Work closely with our E-commerce Manager, who owns the Meta Ads, email marketing, and performance KPIs
• Set creative and strategic direction for paid campaigns and evaluate performance reports
• Provide input on audience segmentation, messaging tests, and reactivation strategies
• Community, Social & Influencer Alignment
• Supervise influencer collaborations and ensure alignment with brand tone and purpose
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to build deeper engagement on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Project & Team Coordination
• Lead marketing team rituals: weekly syncs, campaign kick-offs, and retrospectives
• Ensure alignment between marketing, e-commerce, creative, and product teams
• Monitor marketing performance holistically and adjust strategy based on key learnings
  

You Bring:

• 4–7 years of marketing experience in fashion or lifestyle brands, with a strong digital backbone
• A sharp eye for storytelling and emotional branding, ideally with sustainability experience
• Strong coordination skills: you know how to keep creative and technical people aligned
• A strategic mindset with the ability to connect performance with purpose
• Experience collaborating with (but not necessarily running) paid media and CRM teams
• Fluent in English (Spanish or German a plus)
