CRAM Contest 2025

Terms & Conditions

1. Object: Contest organised by TWOTHIRDS S.L.U., with CIF B75025494, and fiscal address at Carrer Morales 21-27, K. 08029 BARCELONA, SPAIN, represented in this act by Mr. Lutz Schwenke, with personal identity number NIE Y1216248E, as sole administrator, hereinafter TWOTHIRDS.

2. Contest duration: The contest starts on Sunday, June 1st, 2025 at 00:01h Central European Summer Time (CEST) and ends on Sunday, June 8th, 2025 at 23:59h Central European Summer Time (CEST).

3. Conditions of participation: The contest will be published via email and the website, twothirds.com. To participate, contestants must: i) place an order at twothirds.com during the contest duration AND donate to CRAM at checkout ii) Be over 18 years of age. iii) Not be employees of participating companies. The competition is governed by Spanish regulations.

4. Prize: The prize consists of: i) 1 TWOTHIRDS X CRAM merch pack that includes a CRAM turtle cuddly toy + tote bag, and a TWOTHIRDS t-shirt + thermo bottle. ii) 2-night stay for 2 people at a hotel of the winner’s choice in Barcelona worth up to 600€. iii) Educational guided tour for 2 people to CRAM at Paseo de la Playa 28-30. C.P. 08820, El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona). The above tour will be provided by the NGO CRAM with CIF G61111852.

5. The winner has until 13.06.2025 to redeem their prize. The prize is subject to availability at hotels in Barcelona and CRAM. CRAM can only accept visits that fall in the last week of June (23rd-29th), the last week of July (28th-2nd of August) and throughout August 2025. CRAM reserves the right to dictate the time (most likely in the morning), date and availability of the tour. The contest winner should therefore ensure they visit Barcelona during these dates and inform TWOTHIRDS of their travel dates as soon as possible.

6. Acceptance of the prize by the winner implies giving consent to TWOTHIRDS to use, for publicity purposes, his/her name. The prize does not include travel expenses to Barcelona, which will be paid for by the contest winner. We encourage the winner to travel as sustainably as possible. If the cost of the 2-night hotel stay amounts to more than 600€, the winner must cover the difference. Travel from central Barcelona to CRAM is not included in the prize and must be organised by the winner.

7. Winner selection: TWOTHIRDS will contact the winner via the email address attached to their TWOTHIRDS customer account, automatically provided when they made their order between the dates of June 1st, 2025 at 00:01h Central European Summer Time (CEST) June 8th, 2025 at 23:59h Central European Summer Time (CEST). Winner will organise the CRAM tour via TWOTHIRDS.

8. In case of no response from the winner within 24 hours from the announcement, the company will proceed to choose an alternative winner.

9. General Conditions: Decisions made by TWOTHIRDS are final in all matters, including the interpretation of these official contest rules and the awarding of the prize.

10. DATA PROTECTION: Participants accept, by participating in the contest, that the contents and comments published on this social media network, and those found on other social networks, may be shared with all other Instagram users, as well as on other media channels, such as the TWOTHIRDS website or other TWOTHIRDS social media profiles, as well as those of other participating companies.

11. TWOTHIRDS reserves the right to: 1) Exclude any participation, or any participant, in the case of incorrect manipulation of data; 2) Reject participation in the contest of those who do not meet the requirements described in these rules and terms of participation, or of those who contravene the rules or overall functioning of the contest; 3) Cancel the contest, or suspend it, or change any of the conditions, whether for technical reasons or any other reasons beyond the company’s control, that might mean it is unable to comply with the normal development of the contest, as established in these rules.

12. Acceptance of the rules: participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these rules and full acceptance of the rules of Instagram.

13. Liability waiver: Participation in this contest constitutes an agreement to waive the liability of TWOTHIRDS and participating companies, and each of their officers and employees (exonerated parties), from and against any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to, or the loss of property, arising from participation in the contest or the misuse of prizes.

14. Limitation of liability: TWOTHIRDS and the companies participating in the contest are not responsible for: 1) Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the entrant or by any of the equipment or programs associated with or used as part of the contest; 2) Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to: malfunctions, delays, interruptions or disconnections of telephone lines or network hardware or software; 3) Technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the contest or in the processing of entries; 4) Entries that are late, lost, undelivered, damaged, stolen or misdirected; 5) Any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, due to the entrant’s participation in the contest and/or due to the use or misuse of any of the prizes.
