Corporate Governance

TWOTHIRDS SLU is fully committed to complying with all current legislation and regulations, as well as the ethical principles of integrity and transparency in all its business activities, both domestically and internationally.

To this end, a Code of Conduct and Human Rights Commitments have been established to define the values, principles, and regulations governing the behaviour and performance of our stakeholders, employees, companies, and ownership. The Code and Commitments also apply to customers and suppliers, where relevant.

Purpose Statement:

“The purpose of TWOTHIRDS SLU is to pioneer an ocean-positive alternative to fast fashion.
We fulfil this by operating a pre-order model that eliminates overproduction and supports local European suppliers.
We also prioritise low-impact, circular materials to safeguard marine ecosystems while securing our brand's long-term financial resilience and market leadership.”
- Lutz Schwenke, Founder & CEO
