When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.
We accept payment via VISA and MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.
PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account. More information about PayPal is available here.
All displayed prices include Spanish VAT of 21%. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. TWOTHIRDS retains the right to change prices at any time.
www.twothirds.com sends orders with Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment in Europe and UPS in the USA and Switzerland. Once your product is dispatched you will receive a notification from Amazon. We currently serve the European Union, Switzerland and the United States of America.
– European orders: 1-10 working days.
– USA and Switzerland: 10-14 working days.

We offer free delivery for all of Europe from 30€. For orders under 30€ we charge 3,90 €.
USA & Switzerland: 20€.
TWOTHIRDS handles your personal information in the strictest confidence. We will never give any of your personal information to third parties and all information entered is encrypted under handling.
Right of return
Purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days after the receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product and the shipping costs. The refund will be made within 14 after the product has returned to our warehouse.
Please be aware that you have to pay the cost for the return shipping of the goods.
In addition, the following criteria must be met:
– All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
– No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging.
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
In the case of Amazon Fulfillment Service (Europe wide) you will receive an email with a printable receipt including the return address, which you should be placed on the box of return. In the case your are returning from Switzerland or the USA, please return to:

We do not offer exchanges. Instead, for the smoothest service, please place a new order for your desired item. Once we receive your return we process your refund.
Please be aware that discounted products are not refunded, you can either exchange them for a different item or we give you a voucher (valid for 6 month).
Also be aware that if you get the 15% upscale discount for ordering the same style twice and then send one back, the discount for the remaining style does not apply.
