Founded in 2010 by surf enthusiasts, TWOTHIRDS is an ocean-inspired slow fashion brand for women and men. Known as PRE-ORDER and deadstock pioneers, we spearhead the use of innovative low-impact materials and are B Corp Certified.
Our mission is to bring positive change to the fashion industry and protect what we love: our ocean. All our premium-quality clothing is designed in Barcelona, and crafted with love in Portugal and Spain.

We began as a small family-run business in Barcelona. As our unique slow fashion approach flourished, we grew, but always in harmony with nature. Nurtured by Barcelona’s creativity and the sea that soothes her shores, our mission continues.

By crafting our clothing exclusively in Portugal and Spain, we ensure all workers are paid at least a living wage. Our hyperlocalised supply chain is a network of family-run suppliers, whose communities we’ve supported for over a decade.

When Lutz Schwenke spent a year in Hawaii as a teenager, he saw the ocean differently. It became a source of joy and motivation. Lutz later worked for the UN, informing his vision of the ocean-inspired slow fashion brand he would go on to found.
