Terms & Conditions

  1. Object: Contest organized by TWOTHIRDS S.L.U., with CIF B75025494, and fiscal address at Avinguda del Tibidabo 49, 08035, BARCELONA, represented in this act by Mr. Lutz Schwenke, with personal identity number NIE Y1216248E, as sole administrator, hereinafter TWOTHIRDS.
  2. Contest duration: The contest starts on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 09:30h Central European Time (CET) and ends on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 22:00h Central European Time (CET).
  3. Conditions of participation: The contest will be published via the Instagram account @twothirds_bcn. In order to participate contestants must: i) Register their email address via the competition’s landing page at the TWOTHIRDS website. ii) Like the publication on Instagram for more chances to win. iii) Be over 18 years of age iv) Not be employees of participating companies. The competition is governed by Spanish regulations.
  4. Prize: The prize consists of: i) TWOTHIRDS clothing voucher worth 450€. ii) 3-night stay for two people at Dreamsea Surf House Fuerteventura. The stay includes: accommodation, full-board (dinner all three nights, breakfast first and second day, lunch-box first and second day of stay), 2 days of surf lessons (4-hours per class) with surf equipment and transportation to the place of the activity included, 2 days of yoga classes (1 hour per class). All the above will be provided by the company Dreamsea Surf House Fuerteventura with CIF B54693312, calle Pintor Gisbert 53, 03005, Alicante. The winner has until 20.04.2024 to redeem his/her prize. The winner must claim the prize at least one month before the date of the stay. The prize is subject to availability at Dreamsea Surf House Fuerteventura. Acceptance of the prize by the winner implies giving consent to TWOTHIRDS to use, for publicity purposes, his/her name. The prize does not include travel expenses to Dreamsea Surf House Fuerteventura, which will be paid for by the contest winner
  5. Winner selection: TWOTHIRDS will contact the winner via the email address they entered the prize with, on Thursday, April 20, 2023. In case of no response from the winner within 24 hours from the announcement, the company will proceed to choose an alternative winner.
  6. General Conditions: Decisions made by TWOTHIRDS are final in all matters, including the interpretation of these official contest rules and the awarding of the prize.
  7. DATA PROTECTION: Participants accept, by participating in the contest, that the contents and comments published on this social media network, and those found on other social networks, may be shared with all other Instagram users, as well as on other media channels, such as the TWOTHIRDS website or other TWOTHIRDS social media profiles, as well as those of other participating companies.
  8. TWOTHIRDS reserves the right to: 1) Exclude any participation, or any participant, in the case of incorrect manipulation of data; 2) Reject participation in the contest of those who do not meet the requirements described in these rules and terms of participation, or of those who contravene the rules or overall functioning of the contest; 3) Cancel the contest, or suspend it, or change any of the conditions, whether for technical reasons or any other reasons beyond the company’s control, that might mean it is unable to comply with the normal development of the contest, as established in these rules.
  9. Acceptance of the rules: participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these rules and full acceptance of the rules of Instagram.
  10. Liability waiver: Participation in this contest constitutes an agreement to waive the liability of TWOTHIRDS and participating companies, and each of their officers and employees (exonerated parties), from and against any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to, or the loss of property, arising from participation in the contest or the misuse of prizes.
  11. Limitation of liability: TWOTHIRDS and the companies participating in the contest are not responsible for: 1) Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the entrant or by any of the equipment or programs associated with or used as part of the contest; 2) Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to: malfunctions, delays, interruptions or disconnections of telephone lines or network hardware or software; 3) Technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the contest or in the processing of entries; 4) Entries that are late, lost, undelivered, damaged, stolen or misdirected; 5) Any injury or damage to persons or property caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, due to the entrant’s participation in the contest and/or due to the use or misuse of any of the prizes.
