Founded in 2010 by surf enthusiasts, TWOTHIRDS is a premium sustainable fashion and ocean lifestyle brand for women and men.

Known as PRE-ORDER and deadstock pioneers, we have been B Corp Certified since 2022.

Our brand mission is to spread the joy of the ocean and protect it for future generations.  

All our clothing is 100% Made in Europe. Previously an online-only business, in 2024 we launched our first wholesale collections to much acclaim.

We began with a small but dedicated wholesale team in 2024.

Our first wholesale collection AW24/25 instantly opened up seven markets in Europe with our main market, Germany.

Our SS2025 will be available in 10 markets: Germany, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Spain and the UK.

Re-order rates of 25%+ from the first release shows proven demand from customers and retailers alike.

We have global ambitions for next season, looking to break into the US and Japanese markets.

NORTHERN TALES is inspired by the artwork of late painter, and keen sailor, Karl Schwenke, grandfather of TWOTHIRDS CEO Lutz. 

Pieces evoke sailing boats, native coastal flowers, green copper roofs and blue waters. 

Sustainability is woven into every thread. Certified recycled and organic materials feature throughout. All wool yarn and fabric is sourced locally in Europe, and derived from mulesing-free wool.
