1. How can I return an item?

How you make a return will depend on your location. Full details are listed below!

Note: If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer service team first within 14 days. Be aware that to return an item it must not be used or washed. Underwear cannot be returned, for sanitary reasons.

Europe (EU including Ireland)

UK, Switzerland and Norway

First: You must print and include the return form in your package, which you will find here. If the item was damaged, please write this on the note as well.

Second: Write our return shipping address on the parcel.

Third: Please include the original invoice on the outside of your parcel. The invoice will need to be facing outwards, with the price clearly visible and the word "RETURN" written on top. If not done correctly, the parcel will be declined at the border and returned to you, which will mean paying the return shipping costs again.

Fourth: Send the parcel, using your choice of carrier. You will be responsible for the items until they have arrived at our warehouse. We therefore strongly recommend you to keep the proof of postage and Tracking Number, as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

2. How do our two different returns portals work?

Portal for Europe (EU including Ireland)

Note: this portal cannot be used for returns from the UK, Switzerland, Norway and USA.

The process will be explained as you go. Use the link to get started:

Exchanges: Customers from Europe (EU including Ireland) can exchange sizes. If you need to change the shipping address for your exchange order, please reach out to us at info@twothirds.com.

Returns: you can return items from your order within a maximum of 60 days from the day the courier confirms it’s been delivered to you.

Shipping costs vary by country:

DE: 3€

AT, BE, FR, NL, DK, FI, ES, PL, IT, LU: 8€

CZ, IE, HR, EE, LI, HU, SI, RO, MT: 10€

LV, BG, SK, SE, GR, PT, CY: 12€

If making a return, this cost will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, you will be prompted to make the payment during the process. This payment can only be made using a credit/debit card.

In both cases, a postage label will be provided which is valid for 14 days. You will receive one prepaid return/exchange label per original order.

Portal for USA

Exchanges: currently unavailable for US customers. US customers should take extra care when selecting clothing sizes.

Returns: you can return items from your order within a maximum of 60 days from the day the courier confirms it’s been delivered to you.

Shipping cost: $11

This cost will be paid by the customer during the portal process, in order to receive their postage label. The postage label provided will be valid for 14 days. A customer will receive one prepaid return label per original order.

We recommend that customers use the “USPS Ground” postage label option.

Alternatively, there is the option to select a “Self Post Label” which should be printed and taken to a local courier/post office, where shipping costs must be paid separately. Please note that this cost may amount to more than $11.

3. How many days do I have to return my package?

UK, Switzerland, Norway

Unless damaged, you have 60 days to return items after you have received them. If your parcel contains any damaged items, please inform our customer service team (returns@twothirds.com) within 14 days from the date you receive them. You will then have a further 14 days to send them back to us. Be sure to mention the damage in the return form too.

USA and Europe

You have 60 days to return items after you have received them. If your parcel contains any damaged items, please inform our customer service team (returns@twothirds.com) within 14 days from the date you receive them. You will then have a further 14 days to send them back to us. Be sure to mention the damage during the returns portal process.

4. What happens if I receive a damaged item?

You can contact our Customer Service team through ourContact Formwithin 14 days after receiving it. They will inform you on how to process the return. Be aware that they will ask you for some photos of the item.

5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong item you can contact our Customer service team through our Contact Form. They will inform you how to process the return. Be aware that they will ask you for some pictures of the item, including the label inside the item, the tag attached to the item and the label on the bag.

6. I have two orders to send back, can I put them in the same package?

EU and USA returns

Each order must be processed individually and will receive its own return label. It is therefore not possible for them to be sent in the same parcel.

UK, Switzerland, Norway returns

You can return the two orders at the same time, but it is very important that you include your name and both order numbers on the return form in the package, so our warehouse team can find your orders in the system.

7. Can I return a worn item?

It is not possible to do so. We won’t be able to accept items that have been worn, or no longer have their tags or labels. If we receive such items, we will contact you through email to send them back to you.

8. Do I need to pay for the return?

We do not cover return shipping costs. This is because we are a small company and cannot afford to offer free shipping and free return shipping at this time.

For EU customers, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, which you’ll be notified of when using the following link:

For US customers, a shipping fee will be deducted during the returns portal process, which is accessed via the following link:

For customers in the UK, Switzerland and Norway, the cost of your return will be determined by your chosen shipping company.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

Customers from Europe (EU including Ireland), UK, Switzerland and Norway can exchange sizes. Exchanges are currently unavailable for US customers. US customers should take extra care when selecting clothing sizes.

Like all our returns, the exact process differs depending on location. If you need to change the shipping address for your exchange order, please reach out to us at info@twothirds.com.

Europe (EU including Ireland)

UK, Switzerland, Norway

Please choose this option on the return form.

If the new size is not available, we will instead provide you with a voucher.

Only exchanges relating to different sizes of the same product can be made. If you want to change your product for a different one, you can request store credit that can be put towards your next purchase. 

Please note that the exchange process may take several days. In case you need the item(s) as soon as possible, we recommend that you make a new purchase from scratch and return your unwanted item(s) and ask for a refund, which you will receive within approximately 10-15 days from the date it is processed.

An exchange can only be processed once. If you need to exchange an item that has previously been part of an exchange process, please contact our customer service team.

10. When will I receive my refund?

We will give you a full refund using the same method you used to pay.  Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your own account.

USA: Once the return reaches our partner warehouse in the USA we will provide a refund for the items returned.

11. How long does it take for my return to be processed?

This will depend on the carrier you choose, but normally it can take up to 10-15 business days to arrive and to be fully processed in our system. Do not be alarmed if it takes longer than this, as the time taken can vary with the number of requests our team is dealing with.

12. What If I paid in a different currency?

We always refund in a customer’s original payment currency.
