EXCHANGES

Currently unavailable for US customers. US customers should take extra care when selecting clothing sizes.

RETURNS

You can return order items within 30 days of the courier’s confirmed delivery date.

Shipping cost: $11

This cost will be paid by the customer during the portal process, in order to receive their postage label. The postage label provided will be valid for 14 days. A customer will receive one pre-paid return label per original order.

We recommend that customers use the “USPS Ground” postage label option. Alternatively, there is the option to select a “Self Post Label” which should be printed and taken to a local courier/post office, where shipping costs must be paid separately. Please note that this cost may amount to more than $11.

Each order must be processed individually and will receive its own return label. It is therefore not possible for multiple orders to be sent in the same parcel.

We won’t be able to accept items that have been worn, or no longer have their tags or labels.

It can take up to 10-15 business days for a parcel to arrive and be fully processed in our system. Do not be alarmed if it takes longer than this, as processing times can vary during busy periods.

Once the return reaches our partner warehouse in the USA we will provide a full refund using your original payment currency and payment method. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to be visible in your own account.

Organic Cotton Organic Cotton

Nature needs nurture. And so do you.

Beautifully pure and oh-so soft, organic cotton is grown with care instead of chemicals. A healthier fabric.

That might sound odd but going organic ensures the well-being of the workers who pick cotton by hand, the environment, and ultimately your skin. The final fabric is not only highly breathable but free of synthetic fertilisers and pesticides. Compared to conventional cotton, organic cotton is better for soil health and land productivity. Water is managed in a more sustainable way.

An organic approach is clearly of necessity and also avoids the greenhouse gas emissions of pesticide production.

Organic Cotton

Linen Linen

Doesn’t know its own strength.

Nature’s toughest fabric, linen manages to soften with every wash while staying strong. Don’t believe us? The oldest dress in the world is made of linen!

Today we think it deserves more attention. Light and cool due to temperature regulation properties, linen is the unsung hero of summer. And brilliantly sustainable.

It starts out as flax, a plant that takes water from natural sources, grows with limited application of pesticides and is often used in its entirety - wasting nothing. Much kinder to the earth than cotton, and all the more luxurious.

Love life in linen.
